This is a quite original USB Flash Drive : you cannot put it on a keyhole, there is no retractable tip, it is an extremely flat and minimalist key put in a credit-card-like case.
This case contains also a mini-writing pad and a ball-point pen.
This is ideal for people who are afraid to lose a USB key or those who don’t want to have it in their pocket as far as aesthetics are concerned.

As far as performances are concerned, we have an average writing speed of 3.63 MB/s according to our tests,  and a high speed of 9,81 MB/s for a big file. The average reading speed is about 27MB/s.

The key has a two-year guarantee and is compatible with Windows, Linux & Mac. The official constructive data sheet is available here. Let’s end up by noticing that, in all its keys, LaCie proposes its online data storage service (it offers 4 GB during 2 years).
