Patriot – Xporter Mini

We tested the Rage and Bolt key models, much more focused on performances.

The Patriot brand proposes a more feminine key : the Xporter Mini key is a model which is a little bit more than 4 centimetres long, which rubber skin (cap included) insure the key against shocks because, I must admit, I happened to « break » a USB key dropping it on the floor (i.e. it did not work anymore once connected) .

Performances are thus not the priority for the brand, and speeds are standard ones : 7 MB/s writing and 17 MB/s reading. The constructive data sheet is available here. The key has a five-year guarantee and is compatible with Windows, Mac & Linux.
